Dress Up and Good-Bye Neighbors

Somehow Chloe and Taylor convinced Noah that wearing shiny silver pants is OK. I am going to have to keep an eye on him!

May marked the last month that the Denorme's and Cvercko's were able to play and hang out. Off to Nashville they went but of course we could not let them leave without a bash. A good night of cornhole and double-bubbles** sent them off in style! Good luck in your new town and thanks for all the great memories.

** NOTE : Gwenn is the Streamside double-bubble champion taking down Joan, the former champion!

Baby Drew has arrived!

Big news from Akron this morning. My sister gave birth to a baby boy, Drew Michael. He was born at 8:30 AM and weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 oz (takes after his dad!) and 21 inches tall! Mom and Drew are doing great and big sister Alexis was excited to meet her new brother! Congratulations! Cousin Chloe, Noah and Caleb can't wait to see their new cousin!

Rodeo Day at Sunny Moon Ranch

Noah's kindergarten class spent a day at Sunny Moon Ranch learning everything they need to know to become a Cowboy. The kids were able to see and brush a real horse, lasso a runaway bronco, go on a hayride and eat by the fire!

He does make one cute cowboy! The boots light up!

Easter in Akron

We spent Easter weekend at Oma's and Opa's. The kids were spoiled with Easter candy which they found during their indoor Easter Egg hunt. We needed to keep it inside since there was a few inches of snow on the ground! I think the highlight of their weekend was eating Oma's homemade crepes.

Centric Holiday Party '07 in Las Vegas

Jen and I visited Las Vegas for the annual Centric Holiday Party. We were able to get tickets for the new Cirque de Soliel show Love. The weekend was also my Birthday weekend therefore my colleagues made sure we celebrated at the West Wing bar Friday night at the MGM. Saturday was the actual holiday party at a club in Bellagio called Lights. We could not have asked for better weather!

Gwenn's Birthday

Daddy celebrated his 35th birthday in style! The kids got me a new winter hat to replace my old Greenbay Packers hat. I also got some nice gloves to keep me warm on my long winter walks in the parking lot at work!

Monster Jam

Caleb, Noah, Grandpa and Daddy went to the Monster Jam at Nationwide Arena. After five minutes Caleb decided it was too loud and ended up in the lobby playing in a wooden little house while sharing popcorn with Grandpa. Noah had a blast watching his favorite monster truck, Grave Digger, win it all.

New Year's Eve

For New Year's Eve we had some friends over along with Jen's parents. The kids were so excited to watch the ball - amazingly they made it past midnight! We said farewell to 2006 and look forward to 2007.
