Day 10 - Grand Teton
Today our family visited Grand Teton National Park. We first took a hike up to Taggart Lake. Next we took a boat across Jenny Lake and hiked up to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point. What a view! We finished up the day driving down the East side of the park where we found wild bison roaming. On to Yellowstone tomorrow!

Day 9 - Colorado to Wyoming
We started our day with homemade donuts from Daylight Donuts in Breckenridge. We drove through Colorado into Wyoming counting 123 antelopes throughout our journey. In the afternoon we arrived at Jackson Hole and went for a swim. For dinner we went to the Gun Barrel and ate elk and buffalo. Tomorrow we head to the Grand Tetons.

Day 8 - Breckenridge
Today we had a relaxing day in Breckenridge. We started the day off with some horseback riding on Peak 9. Jen opted out due to her sore back and Caleb decided to keep her company. So it was up to Noah, Chloe, and I to conquer the mountain. Noah saddled up on Duke, Chloe on Dakota, and I got stuck with CJ (one trip short of the glue factory). After the ride, we shopped in downtown Breckenridge. We found new ski outfits for all three of the kids. Finally we ended the day in the pool and hot tub! Tomorrow we are off to Wyoming.

Day 7 - Mesa Verde
Well this morning started very early with the fire alarm at the hotel going off at 12:30 AM. There was a small fire which was taken care of with six fire trucks. They let us back into our rooms around 1:30 AM. So the 6 AM alarm went off too early today! We left Flagstaff and headed for the Four Corners Monument (Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado). We pull up to the monument to find out the Native American Indians have control of the area and are charging $3 a head to visit the site. On top of that, the site is full of Indian vendors selling everything under the sun. Once we saw this the Denorme minivan pulled a U turn and said adios to the Four Corners Monument. Then we headed to the Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. We did the driving tour and were able to see majority of the cliff dwellings. Great park to visit. Next, we traveled north to Breckenridge, our final stop for the night. It's been a long day.
